David Gaines, Vice President of Gaines & Company, Inc is one of the two founding members of the TREACV.
As a former combat US Marine Corps Officer, David and Gaines and Company are huge supporters and sponsors of Operation Coming Home. In addition, they have donated the land for both projects. David serves on the Operation Coming Home Task Force. Gaines and Company has made the list of the Top 20 Utility Contractors in the nation for over ten years and are now in the top 10 in the country.
