NCSU Greek Village, Raleigh, NC
NCSU Greek Village is a reconstruction of an existing 12 acre parcel of property owned by North Carolina State University (NCSU). The Greek Village name is due to the fact that the land and houses are NCSU owned fraternities and sororities, unlike most campuses where the houses are privately owned. In this phase, the initial phase of the project, we will be demolishing two existing fraternity houses and all related infrastructure (roads, utilities, etc.) and reconstructing the area to create new traffic flows with updated infrastructure and more parking. In addition we will prep four pads for new houses to built on them. The new layout will include over a mile of new utility lines and over a half mile of new roads, with an additional half mile prepped for the future. We are excited to be the first contractor on this project. |

Just around the block from Beazer Homes’ very successful Quarry Lake project is the Bonnie View subdivision. Instead of an old quarry, Bonnie View is built on an old golf course. The fifty-one lots straddle the Baltimore City/County line and will likely be a strong seller in the popular Pikesville area. Like Quarry Lake, Bonnie View also contains a lot of rock for the site contractor to deal with. Gaines has spent over 50 years doing “rock” jobs. T.J. Angelozzi is the blasting subcontractor on the job. Together, Gaines and Angelozzi make a strong rock–ripping team! |
