He’s a real hustler, gets along well with people and has a very positive attitude, which will take him a long way.

Dave Stigler, Foreman, MD

Dave began with Gaines & Company in 1997 as a laborer and quickly established himself with a reputation as a hustler. As his knowledge of the utility business grew, he was promoted to a punch list foreman in 2001. There he did a fantastic job, working countless hours at Piney Orchard, Beechtree, Oakcreek and many other sites, his week extending sometimes into Sundays.  As a new pipe crew foreman in 2006 he is giving it outstanding effort which is typical for him.

He has steadily been working his way up the ranks to loader operator and now himself runs a punch list crew. Robert has consistently displayed a strong work ethic and desire to excel in everything he does and it is obvious that he takes pride in his work. More than likely this can be attributed to his military experience where he was a member of the famous 82nd Airborne as a member of their 307th Forward Support Battalion. He served four years on active duty as a light vehicle mechanic and yes, he did jump from airplanes.
