This major single family development owned by DR Horton will contain 100 town homes and 30 single family homes. This fast track project is being handled entirely by Gaines and Company.
Some of the features of the project include 17.5 acres of clearing, 83,000 CY of site fill and 50,000 CY of excess soil to be hauled off. The project consists of utility outfalls which contain 7500 LF of sewer lines along with 29 manholes, 3600 LF of RCP and 4300 LF of PVC water line. Canterbury Village also includes some major storm water management structures, two major basins and three bio retention ponds. There are 4 existing houses to be demolished. In addition to the site paving, there is a road widening of College Parkway and intersection improvements at Ritchie Highway and College Parkway.
