Description

This Prince George’s county site is loaded with challenges.  The site contains many deep sewer lines, some below 20 feet.  There are off site sewer lines in the street and behind the curb requiring great care when installed.  There are wet soils and ground water throughout the site.  Furthermore, obtaining permits took longer then expected and the project is many months late in starting.

As a developer, who are you going to call?  Gaines is up for the challenge.  Gaines will move the 114,000 CY of dirt, install 19,000 LF of pipe and pave the 26,000 SY in record time to get Beazer’s house line forces on the job and making money.
