Description

            This townhouse project in Annapolis is being developed by Koch Development and will be constructed by Craftstar Homes. 

            The 80 unit project will require 13,000 cu. yard of import and will require 12,500 SY of paving.  It also contains a 180 LF x 18 LF x 6’ deep sand filter.  Fairfield will also require traffic maintenance as the project is built in and around existing roads.  Bowen & Kron is the excavation subcontractor on this fast track project.
