Description
This impressive project of 260 houses will rise in the Laurel area. This was Gaines’ third project in 2008 for Polm Company, who are constructing townhouses on this site. Gaines had a very challenging 1,700 LF sewer outfall to construct as well as onsite footage of 9,000 LF of sewer lines, 7,000 LF of water mains, 8,800 LF of storm drain lines, 37 sewer manholes and 105 storm drain structures. It’s no wonder Polm has chosen to stick with a proven commodity in Gaines & Co.
