Description

This commercial project will bring prime North Carolina grocery chain Harris Teeter for this signature Greenebaum and Rose project. Under Charlie O Donovan’s leadership, Gaines has its hands full with this fast-track project where sewer, water and storm drains pipe as well as BGE, Verizon and Comcast ducts must all be woven together to get the job done on time and on budget. In all over 22,000 LF of sewer, water and storm drains mains will be laid. In addition over 150 sewer and storm drains structures will be installed in a very short time, all with the goal of having the site ready for Harris Teeter before the contract mandated deadline.
