Description
Job Description: This project in the popular Ellicott City section of Howard County will be a winner. It contains a total of 67 single family and town homes to be built by Richmond American. Gaines will install our 15,000 LF of piping in Ellicott City’s rocky sub grade on a fast track basis. This job will require coordination with the grading and paving contractor in order to deliver the finished lots at such an accelerated pace.
