Just around the block from Beazer Homes’ very successful Quarry Lake project is the Bonnie View subdivision. Instead of an old quarry, Bonnie View is built on an old golf course. The fifty-one lots straddle the Baltimore City/County line and will likely be a strong seller in the popular Pikesville area. Like Quarry Lake, Bonnie View also contains a lot of rock for the site contractor to deal with. Gaines has spent over 50 years doing “rock” jobs. T.J.
