Description
This housing project encompasses the demolition of existing base housing spread over more than 40 acres and the installation of over 200 new housing units. The existing housing and infrastructure was installed in the 1950s and there’s never a dull moment when excavating around the existing utilities. In all, over 24,000 lf of new water, sewer and storm lines will be installed along with service connections for the more than 200 new housing units while preserving a large part of the existing utilities.
