Description
Koch Development and Koren Development have planned two new communities in the Brightview Drive area of Anne Arundel County, Shipley’s North and South. Although they share a common name they are different in that North will consist of 85 Town Homes and South will have 61 single family Units. What these projects do have in common, besides there name is that Gaines & company is the General Contractor for both projects. Our scope of work was site clearing, earth work, demolition, sediment control, a recharge pit, sand filter, onsite curb & paving and all deep underground utilities. These completed projects, have over 1 mile of water mains, a little under 2 miles of sewer and over 1 mile of storm drains.
