Description: The Villages of Beechtree is a prestigious golf course community that is located on Rt. 301, south of Baltimore. Developed by Ryko Development of Houston Texas, it will total 1,680 beautiful single-family homes, 480 townhouses, 240 multi-family homes, a community center, and a beautiful 34-acre man-made lake surrounded by a golf course.
Starting in 2003, Gaines has installed 4.5 miles of water, storm drain and sewer to serve North, South and East Villages, including two large precast golf cart tunnels. Our next phase, (we have already completed 25 phases) will be West Villages 1, 3, 5 & 6. The utility work will include over 8,000 LF of sewer, 5,500 LF of water mains, 4,500 LF of storm drain and 88 water meters. Looks like just the right job for Gaines & Co.
