Description: The Villages of Beechtree is a prestigious golf course community that is located on Rt. 301, south of Baltimore. Developed by Ryko Development out of Houston Texas, it will total 1,680 beautiful single-family homes, 480 townhouses, and 240 multi-family homes, a community center, and a beautiful 34-acre man-made lake that the golf course surrounds. To date, we have installed miles of water, storm drain and sewer to serve North, South and East Villages, including two large precast golf cart tunnels. Our next phase, (we have already completed 23 phases) will be North Villages 7, 8 and 9. The utility work will include over 6,000 LF of sewer, 4,000 LF of water, 2,400 LF of storm drain. Looks like just the right job for Gaines & Co.
