Description

This project of 32 estate homes will be built in the Jessup area of Anne Arundel County by Ryan Homes. Long time customer Koch Development is the project owner and developer. The project features a 400 LF boring under Route 295. Also complicating matters is a 54” culvert crossing Race Road. The site is also challenging with much of the sewer being deeper than 25 feet. The location of this project near Arundel Mills and Forte Meade should help make this a successful project.
