2016 First Quarter
North Carolina Division I would like to announce that the Safety Incentive Award for the First Quarter of 2016 goes to Sam Wilkins and his crew. Sam and his crew have done a great job this past quarter and last year as well. The crew is recognizing hazards and reporting them to get them corrected. Sam has done a great job instilling the importance of safety with his crew and insuring that all workers are completing the jobs daily as safe as possible. All crew members have done a great job and shown a big improvement with safety and recognizing hazards before they become a potential hazard. Two workers have shown a great deal of knowledge with safety which are Aaron Aleman and Lisward Moore (Moe). These two have shown they know what steps to follow and safety procedures to work safely and also are sharing their knowledge with crew to make sure the coworkers work safe daily and any new employees that come to the crew. Great job and congratulations to Sam and his entire crew for working safely and productively.
