Eric Boone Promoted to Chief Estimator and Senior Project Manager
Chief Estimator and Senior Project Manager Eric Boone operates with humor and professionalism.

If the estimator miscalculates budgets, the crews end up shorthanded. If the estimator falls short, the project will likely fall short, also. Eric was recently promoted to Chief Estimator and Senior Project Manager.
Eric’s direct manager and Vice President David Gaines said, “Eric is extremely deserving of this promotion. He has an array of well-established skills, and we – as a management team – want to utilize those skills to their maximum capacity while supporting Eric’s career growth.”
In this role, Eric oversees all estimating and project management for Gaines and Company’s Maryland region. He is responsible for interpreting and reviewing plans and proposals for project bids, presenting project analyses, tracking and analyzing project financials, negotiating budgets, and reviewing subcontractor bids. He will also supervise, manage, and train the company’s next generation of estimators and project managers.

Over his tenure at Gaines, Eric has been involved with over 250 successful projects, including such notable residential development projects as Heritage Shores, Beech Tree, Elkridge Crossing, Two Rivers, and Hawthorne’s Grant.
