Showcasing our Expertise at North Pointe Commons

Gaines and Company knows the ins and outs of site development in the Mid-Atlantic region and proactively mitigates obstacles.
Gaines and Company is excited to once again work on another home development project with K. Hovnanian Homes at North Pointe Commons.
North Pointe Commons in Salisbury, Maryland, will consist of over 200 townhouses completed in multiple phases.

Gaines and Company is providing sediment controls, storm drain, water, and sewer work for K. Hovnanian Homes’s North Pointe Commons.
Our scope of work includes sediment controls, storm drain, water, and sewer. We will then put the finishing touches on the site development work with curb and paving. We anticipate successfully wrapping up this project in late 2026.

Gaines will be working closely with trusted subcontractors M.T. Laney, Ruhlman Brothers, Site Management Inc., and Carroll Tree Service.
As home developments continue to grow along the Eastern Shore, we have the experience and expertise to successfully complete site development work in the Mid-Atlantic region.
We know the challenges and obstacles that are common for the region – such as ground water and weather conditions.
We proactively take measures to effectively and efficiently mitigate them, saving our customers time and money.
Last year, K. Hovnanian Homes awarded us their Land Development Safety Award for our work on their Four Seasons at Kent Island project.
We are proud to add North Pointe Commons in Salisbury, Maryland, to our growing list of projects for K. Hovnanian Homes.

Gaines upholds quality and safety on projects – as recognized by K. Hovnanian Homes with their Land Development Safety Award, which they awarded to us for our work on their Four Seasons at Kent Island project.
