Underground Utility and Paving – Salisbury, Maryland

Gaines and Company is excited to work with Tamarack Land Development on a home development project for K. Hovnanian Homes – North Pointe Commons.

North Pointe Commons will consist of over 200 townhouses completed in multiple phases. We anticipate successfully wrapping up this project in late 2026.

Our scope of work includes sediment controls, storm drain, water, and sewer. We will then put the finishing touches on the site development work with curb and paving. Gaines will be working closely with trusted subcontractors M.T. Laney, Ruhlman Brothers, Site Management Inc., and Carroll Tree Service.

Ground water and adverse weather conditions can also present issues while working in this area. However, we are well versed at the challenges this region brings and are prepared to mitigate these issues as best as possible – keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

We have previously worked on other K. Hovnanian Homes home development projects, including Four Seasons at Kent Island, where the developer recognized Gaines and Company with their Land Development Safety Award. We are proud to add North Pointe Commons to our growing list of home development projects in Maryland.
