UMBC Facility to See Significant Storm Water Management System Improvements with Upgraded Culvert

Gaines and Company brings culvert drainage improvements to Spring Grove – a University of Maryland, Baltimore County facility.
The Spring Grove collegiate facility is located in Catonsville, Maryland. Gray and Son (who is working for Whiting-Turner) called upon Gaines and Company to help on another site development project.
Gaines’s scope of work is upgrading and replacing the old culvert to meet Maryland’s storm water management requirements. Once Gaines is finished, the facility’s storm water management system will be substantially improved. This culvert replacement project started in November and is anticipated to take only a handful of weeks.
A special thanks to Bob Ludwig and his team at Maryland General Contractors for working with us on this project, always delivering reliable, quality concrete work.
