Gaines’s First Project in Pennsylvania

Gaines and Company is excited to expand its footprint with its very first project in the Keystone State – Woodcrest, an LGI Homes development. This development in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, will consist of 86 duplexes (172 homes).

The Gaines team is responsible for the safe, quality completion of mass grading and excavation, sediment controls, and underground utilities. Gaines has called upon subcontractors Magstone LLC and M.T. Laney for their professional sediment controls with soil management and paving expertise (respectively).

The Woodcrest project marks the first time Gaines has worked on a job in Pennsylvania. Though the services are the same that Gaines has been successfully delivering over the last 70+ years, permitting and regulations vary state to state. As a conscientious and attentive site development company, Gaines is completing the necessary due diligence to adhere to Pennsylvania procedures and regulations.

The anticipated project completion date is 2027.
