Cody Darling, Utility Operator promoted to Utility Foreman
Gaines and Company feels so fortunate to still be in business after 72 years – and counting! With each year, we continue growing – most recently with the opening of our Delaware & Eastern Shore division. But its not just our company that’s growing, it’s our employees’ careers, too!
As we opened our Delaware & Eastern Shore division (link to new/old DE office article), we had brand new roles to fill out of the new office. Earlier this year, we told you why we believe so strongly about promoting from within. So when these positions became available, we first looked internally.
Joe Ringle, Grading Operator promoted to Grading Foreman
