It may be cold outside, but Gaines and Company brings warmth all year long. From project sites to the communities we serve, we are committed to enhancing our regions and the people that call them home – yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

We whole-heartedly believe that we can truly make a difference within our site development construction industry and communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions that we serve if we just give a little extra love and effort when it is needed.

For example, we support our first responders – like Manchester Volunteer Fire Department – who are on-call for our safety each day, and local memorial funds that are dear to our Gaines and Company family – like the Grady Todd Purdy Memorial.

Our funding also extends into making our industry better for future generations – like by supporting the fundraising efforts of Associated Utility Contractors of Maryland (AUC) and Chesapeake Regional Safety Council.
