“Knowing regulations is one of the most difficult aspects of a PMs job; it requires a lot of experience,” said Estimator and PM Eric Yandrofski. “With so much going on, it’s easy to get mixed up or wires crossed between jurisdictions. We refer to spec books frequently to make sure we are following regulations.”
