Training
Gaines employees know the construction industry and can complete any job – large or small – on time and within budget. We not only train each employee for their role, but our veteran employees continue that training every day on the job site.

Safety
The foundation of our success is our commitment to safe work. We thoroughly train all employees prior to stepping foot on a job site, as well as provide opportunities for continued training, like OSHA’s First Aid/CPR certification.
Our crews work together to achieve success, like when constructing this complex culvert for the Chapel Creek project.
But we don’t stop with training. We believe that true safety comes from a genuine safety culture that is led by employees and experienced company-wide. Our safety culture has been industry-recognized time and time again. We don’t just follow safety rules; we set the standard.
Character
Outside of our training and culture, our employees (many of whom have been with us for decades) are sincere individuals. Their expertise, integrity, professionalism, and honesty have led Gaines and Company through 7 decades of site development success. But its their hearts that bring our company together. We truly care for each other and the work that we deliver to our customers.
