Gaines and Company 2021 Year of Charity

Taking a step back, the view from a fresh 2022 lends us a clearer look at what 2021 really looked like. After another difficult year of the pandemic and the unknowns that came with it, we found abundant opportunities to give back within our communities across Maryland, North Carolina, Delaware and Washington D.C.
Community service is at the heart of what we do at Gaines and Company Site Development every single day. The donations we make go toward a wide array of organizations that affect all types of people in all types of incredible ways. It is our compelling goal to be a consistent support within our communities throughout the year whenever we see a need that can be filled.
Donations made by Gaines and Company to some non-profits support veterans and law enforcement and their families, such as American Legion Post 226, Baltimore County FOP and Warrior Wellness. Other donations went toward supporting construction-related organizations, such as Associated Utility Contractors, Chesapeake Region Safety Council, Home Builders Care Foundation and One Call Concepts.
Other organizations supported in the 2021 calendar year by Gaines and Company include Boy Scouts of America, Dandelion Meadow, Gapa-Gerstell Academy Parents Association, Howard Community College Educational Foundation, Party for a Cure and the Women’s Board of Johns Hopkins Hospital.
We look forward to seeing what new projects and opportunities 2022 holds and will continue to contribute toward fulfilling the needs around us in the coming year.
