Gaines and Company Major Sponsor Rockfest 2019

Gaines and Company is giving back to those injured while serving as a proud sponsor of ROCKFEST 2019, an upcoming benefit to promote warrior health and wellness.
The event is for Warrior Wellness Solutions (WWS), a nonprofit that provides specialized nutrition and functional exercise programs cost free for veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness or wound.
ROCKFEST 2019 is taking place September 14, 5-10 pm at the Hightopps Backstage Grille in Timonium, MD. Gaines and Company, a full service grading and site excavation company, is generously donating and will be recognized as a Major sponsor on the WWS website and Facebook page. Sponsorship signs will be displayed during the event and for the month prior throughout the restaurant media screens and table top announcement plaques.

WWS provides training to thousands of Wounded, Ill, and Injured (WII) military service members, veterans, their families and caregivers, and was recognized with an award for its’ service with the US Marine Corps’ Wounded Warrior Regiment.
WWS unique personalized services yield positive lifelong results for participants where 90% report a greater sense of purpose and improved overall wellness.
Its’ success stories are astounding.
Cpl. Michael Politowicz attributes 100% of his transformation to WWS, stating “I would not be here today if not for this amazing group of dedicated individuals.” He was on foot patrol in Afghanistan when an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated three feet from him. Even after multiple surgeries, he still suffered from PTSD and nightmares, was overweight and taking 15 different medications.
His wife Suzi reached out to Elijah Sacra, WWS Executive Director and US Marine Corps Veteran, and within three months working with a team of specialized experts, Politowicz lost weight and is now down to only one medication.
ROCKFEST 2019 is a fun night of great food, live music and a silent auction, all MC’d by Comedian Danielle Broussard. Open to the public, there is no entrance fee for admission and it’s a great way to support our troops. For more information about services and the benefit event, visit the WWS page to find out how to become a donor or volunteer.
