New Office Alert! We are Open, and Already in Business!

We are excited to announce that our Stevensville, Maryland, office is now officially open. But that doesn’t mean our work in the area is just beginning. In fact, we already have several projects that we are working on in the area – some even complete! This may be our first office in the region, but we already have a strong presence!
“Our first project in the region was Heritage Shores, started in 2014,” said Delaware & Eastern Shore Division General Manager Mike Studevant. “Since then, we haven’t left. We are so grateful that the local developers and communities keep trusting us with more and more work because we love serving the people in this region. We strategically opened an office here to more effectively and efficiently serve them, saving our customers time and money.”
The new office is located in Stevensville, Maryland. With over 1,700 sq. ft., the office has a reception area, breakroom, conference room, offices, and storage areas. We also have a regional maintenance and storage yard in nearby Denton, Maryland.

Gaines received the Sussex Conservation District’s Conversation Stewardship Award two years in a row (2024, 2025) for exceeding regulatory requirements regarding environmental conservation while working on the Somerton Chase project.
